Our pets have been patients of Dr. McConville's for 14 years and we have had very good experiences at the clinic. Our old dog (14 years old) has had her spay, a hernia repair, an obstruction removal, numerous dental cleanings, and an infected tooth removal at the clinic. In addition, she has been seen for vague and odd problems we are experiencing. Each time the doctors and staff look her over from head to toe. They ask questions about behavior and changes in her lifestyle and know her well enough to determine if the changes are medical or age related. Often the problems resolve themselves, but not for lack of effort by the staff. We have also had our 6 year old cat and our new puppy seen by Dr. McConville on a regular basis. I saw there were some remarks about the front desk staff on a different review. Let's be honest, no one thinks that wearing scrubs means the individual has medical/ veterinary training. It is the office uniform. When you are looking for a vet, certainly look around and find an office and staff that you, and your pet, can work with. Not every clinic is for every person, but we are certainly glad we found this clinic.

They are very nice people who are very caring when it comes to animal needs. They have helped our resident car Rusty when he needed fluids and care and I would recommend them to friends and family. Thanks guys.

I called to make an appointment for a rabies shot for my cat; receptionist told me they were very busy and suggested that I take my cat elsewhere. I took her advice.

I can't say enough good things about Woodbury Animal Hospital. We have been taking our dog there for almost 4 years now and are so glad we chose to go here. The vets, vet techs and receptionists are always friendly and go above and beyond expectations. They saved our dog's life when she got into something she shouldn't have and they took care of her right away and followed up later on to make sure everything was going great. I would recommend them to anyone - they are great to us and to our dog!

Very through, very courteous. Don't know about overpriced. Just moved here from Chicago & KC. Cheaper than Chicago, about the same as my KC vet. Expertise & care is incredible.
