I love this place. I found two baby racoons this am and they helped me help them. I brought them out to the center to evaluate their health. One had to stay because he needed more care but the other one will go back to Mama, if she is alive. I was so grateful that they gave me a reuniting box so I can set him out in the area I found him and Mama can come and take him. He can't get out but the Mama can get in. If she does not come back for him - I can bring him back and Missouri Wildlife will care for him. I am grateful for this place in St Louis. They help wild animals. The volunteers were awesome.

I went for an open house and you can tell they truly care for these babies. I loved it so much I became a volunteer!!

I looked on the website if I should call. I found a baby squirrel that was obviously injured and it had yellow fly eggs in its fur, which is very serious. I called many times but I never got an answer or a call back. And yes, I called during business hours. I was very disappointed and the baby squirrel ended up dying.

This is a great organization that rehabilitates animals native to Missouri and releases them into their natural habitat. They also have wonderful educational programs, internships and children's camps.
