They provide good care but it is WAY over priced. They will make you feel like you need to have every test and all lab work even for something as simple as an animal cold/flu. Once they do the tests they give you the antibiotics, etc. and let you go without even getting conclusive results on the tests. Even though you are left feeling unsure of the results you still have to pay the outrageous prices for lab work. If you want the same standard of care at 25% of the cost go to the animal hospital on Noland road where they dont take advantage of your hard earned money and love for your pet.

I have two cats and two dogs, and I have boarded them elsewhere before. The cats always seemed scared at other places. Here, though, they seem very much at ease. The cat boarding is separate from all the dogs, and they have windows where they can look out and watch the bird feeders, kind of like kitty cable. The dogs love the playtime, and always seem like they have had a good time. Great place to take your pets when you are out of town!

Great place to bring your animal, vet service is great. Grooming service is great as well. The negative: They hike prices up every time I go in there which is about every 6-8 weeks on the grooming. It's never consistent even though it's the same cut every time. When I asked about the increase the person at the service desk ignored me. Time to change groomers.
