I have been coming to this facility for years. They know my pets by name and can help me over the phone instead of always making me bring them in. I had to put my oldest dog asleep due to old age (18) and they were just as upset as we were. They really love animals and I am glad I found them when I moved to Columbia all those years ago. I use them for the Vet services, Boarding services, and grooming services. Very Happy.

Always friendly and an easy-going experience. Very knowledgeable staff from front desk, to vet, to check out. My family has gone here for years for vet and boarding. Dr. Motley and crew are great!

Caring, friendly staff. They're open early and they go the extra mile to care for the animals. All the staff treat the animals with kindness and as one of their own. They even gave me a discount for the grooming on my first visit! The doctor did a thorough exam and spent time explaining the procedure and treatment. This is the best vet's office in mid missouri!

Dr. Motley is a great vet and has been taken care of my dog "What'sup" going on the 11th year now. He is just like my doctor who remembers me and my problems throughout my life. I can always cry about the cost, but he has even been good to me in that area. Clean, friendly and I know that "What'sup" is always in good hands. I've never heard a single bad thing about Dr. Motley or his treatment of animals, so I will not comment on that portion. I have heard from numerous sources that there is a female employee, a doctor at that, that likes to use the clinic as a dating service. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I recommend requesting Dr. Motley or taking your pets elsewhere. Unacceptable in the professional world. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
