I've been taking my cats to Columbia Pet Hospital for several years. Dr. Roller was amazing with my 13 year old Himalayan who had several medical problems as he aged and later passed on. He would not have gotten the extra 5 good years of his life if it wasn't for her. Last year I adopted two cats from the Humane Society and of course Dr. Roller made sure they stayed healthy and have grown into great kitties. I was also recently given a month old kitten for which I was at a complete loss on how to care for him. He's now 4 months old and growing like a weed. I've boarded my cats at Columbia Pet Hospital and I've had to take them in for emergency visits. I've never had a bad experience at this clinic and I attribute the health of my little furry people to the care they've received from Dr. Roller. I would highly recommend this place for your pet.

I took my 7 month old lab here to board while we went on vacation for 9 days. I went and looked at it a few weeks before his stay to make sure it was the best option possible and I told the vets there how nervous I was about boarding my dog. They assured me he would be fine. I called twice to check on him the first 5 days he was there and was told he was doing perfectly fine.. my friend picked him up earlier than planned and discovered a huge sore on his neck when taking him home. The sore was oozing and completely infected. Of course I was pissed and called the vet to ask why I was not informed about this. The lady claimed she discharge him and did not see a thing. My friend had to take him back to the vet so they could look at it and then they tried to charge her $88 for medicine that he should have been receiving for the sore in the first place. They obviously dont pay attention or check over the dogs in the kennel or they would have seen the sore. Columbia Pet Hospital ruined me in boarding my dog and will never receive business from me or any of my family/friends again.

DON'T BRING YOUR PET HERE! My dog was euthanized a few months back, and I wanted to stay in the room to be with him as he was dying. They made me come back to the waiting room and wait while the vet did it and pay out front. I had to wait a bit to even pay because they are so understaffed that there was no one there at the receptionist desk when I got there. My dog just died and I'm bawling, and this place seems to care more about getting someone in and out for their money then being concerned with the fact that I am suffering a severe loss. The vet didn't even come out after to talk to me or anything just did it then I left. Never met a place that is so insensitive and cares more about money and getting to the next customer. Show some sympathy! I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Kept my dog there for 6 days with feeding instructions along with allergy details. I called throughout to stay to check on him and was told there was no problems. When I went to pick him up I was told he barely ate and they wouldn't feed him any can foods because they were scared of his allergies. This just shows irresponsibility and negligence because all they had to do was call me and I would have told them or they just had to read the ingredients. I'm disgusted and will NEVER bring him back there.

Everyone at this office is super helpful and nice to my pets. Dr. Roller has been great as our vet and in emergencies. One time, my cat hurt himself trying to parkour off the laundry hamper, and they stayed after close to examine him, X-ray his leg, and prescribe him painkillers. They're always willing to try different treatment options with you depending on your pet's behavior and your budget. I highly recommend taking your pet here.
