I had an emergency with my rabbit and after doing extensive research found he had the Snuffles. Since he showed sign on a Sunday then it was Labor Day I was not able to get him in till Tuesday morning. I called right when they opened and they were very helpful and kind and told me to come into the vet as soon as possible because of how serious the Snuffles are. Once I arrived the staff was very helpful and they handled my rabbit very well. They should me how to administer my medication for my rabbit and when I asked a question they were more than happy to help. Their prices are reasonable and since I had some knowledge on what medication I thought was best, so they listened and proceeded to explain what my choices were. Overall, I was more than satisfied and incredibly happy that my rabbit is now doing better.
Horrible service they are not out for the animal. We had our pet stay here for a week gave our own food, provided a fan which our dog needs. Our food was hardly used for a a large dog and the fan was never used. they told us it didn't work was untrue as soon as we got home I trued it and it worked properly. I also was very concerned by the dried urine on our dog. He is 13 and never urines on himself so for him to do that he had to have been in the cage for a long time. He also looked very sick when I picked him up and was broke out all over his body. I was very disappointed and they never tried to make it better just kept asking for more money. We already have a hard time with food allergies and they know it let alone them not going by what needed to happen. They had their insurance company call us and pretty much just wanted information to cover the vet. It is very sad what happen and they still refuse to reimburse or try to help the issue. They are strictly out for money and never board your animal at this place. The lady at the front desk was very rude. It was very sad this happen and I hope everyone passes on this bad experience. They tell you what you want to hear and never make what happen in their facility right they still asked for more money to correct the low weight, breakout, and urine all over the dog. They pass everything to another company and refuse to respond to the BBB.
The people there are rude. They do not offer any advice except to take the medicines THEY prescribe. I'm a broke college student and cannot afford all the medications they want to prescribe. What I'm most frustrated about is the laziness in this office. They did not help my rabbit at all! I thought they would at least show me how to wash out her wound and bandage it--no help, no advice. THEN tonight my rabbit got really sick and I had to take her to an emergency vet who told me that the vets at My Zoo misdiagnosed her. They thought her wound was just a scratch from herself, but it turns out there were bugs laying eggs under her skin and the vet at My Zoo didn't even check the wound otherwise she would have known it wasn't just a minor scrape. With that being said, DO NOT go to this vet. I will never again entrust my bunny's life in their hands because she almost died tonight because of the laziness and carelessness of the staff at My Zoo.
They have always been helpful when I have brought my pets in for visits! The records are always up to date and I get reminders when vaccinations are due. Whenever I need pet meds or food they always have it in stock. Dr. Debbie truly loves what she does and her business portrays that! Very satisfied.
The front desk lady was incredibly rude with the vet (talking back and chastising the vet) and impatient with my overzealous puppy. They finally removed me to a separate room because a lady who had recently had back surgery invited my puppy to greet her (which included jumping), while I was trying to do the paperwork. The back problem lady did not complain or ask me to control my dog. Front desk lady also informed me that my dog had a bit of a limp I bemusedly informed her that my dog had three legs. When the vet tech took my dog's temperature she said "Okay I'm going to violate you now." I felt like I was in the twilight zone I couldn't believe she had said that. When I checked out I had to deal with cranky lady at the front desk. As I struggled to deal with my dog pulling and filling out paperwork she then informed that there were leash hooks on the front of the desks. I won't be returning. It was an uncomfortable environment not a place that helps a young dog learn to be a good patient.
