Been the go-to for my family for years, quick easy and friendly-- always upfront about price and how long it may take to see ur pet!
I agree the older ladies may be "cranky" but I believe they care more about your animals then they do about people. They are also busy taking phone calls, checking people in and out and dealing with billing to sit there and coddle you. They have always taken great care of my dogs even on a last minute walk-in basis. The actual vets treat me and my dogs with respect and care. My dogs have never once been afraid. They are relatively cheap (especially compared to MU who I despise).
We've used Noah's Ark for 5 years and love them. They are busy but I've never had a problem getting an appointment and they've never been rude or off-putting to me. I have a friend who had a different experience and I was surprised. My interaction with them has always been pleasant and professional. They are extremely economical which I appreciate. I wouldn't sacrifice my dog's health for cheap prices though and I feel she gets great care there.
I love this place. They can always get me in very fast. They answer my questions over the phone when they can so I don't have to bring my cats in. They really care about the animals. They are definitely animal people. My cats normally see Dr. Julie and I know I have found the right vet when my cat who doesn't cuddle up to people fast (normally a glacial pace) purrs to Dr. Julie even after she's been given a shot. Their waiting room can be a little chaotic occasionally, but they get you in as soon as possible and are very friendly. I attribute the chaos to the number of people who love their office. And it's a great value, it relatively inexpensive for the excellent quality of care your pets receive.
I had an emergency visit for my gerbil at 11 pm. Dr. Gregg came out to check on my dear little Charlemagne. He diagnosed and treated Charlemagne and checked on Napoleon (to make sure that it wasn't from fighting). Definitely eased my mind. I would definitely recommend going to this clinic!
