I have never had any complaints about this place! I love everyone there! Dr. Betsy is the best!!

We love this vet! The staff is always very friendly and terrific with our dogs. The pricing is reasonable and we never feel pressure to purchase high end products from them.

I can't say enough great things about the Doc's and their office associates at Koch-Stigge. I have been with them for almost 20 years. I have dogs, cats, horses and cattle they take wonderful care of them all.

I had a Yorkie that was pregnant and since she was small I took her in just to make sure that everything was gong o.k. They took her back to do 3 x-rays. Even the Vet Tech told me they should be doing an ultrasound. They came back and said that she was not pregnant and would die if she did not have immediate surgery. I of course took their word for it and said do what ever to save her. When I got home I looked up her condition up on the internet and found our she had none of the syptoms of this disease. I called them back immediately to tell them not to do the procedure yet it was to late. She had puppies and was pregnant the whole time. They destroyed the puppies and sterlized her. In reading on the internet several test should have been performed before jumpng to this conclusion. The tech was fired and Dr Koch agreed with me at first what should have been tested until he found out that his cute Vet he worked wirh going to have to go to court. I won the first small claims case but they got a lawyer and I lost on the appeal. It was sad to see a vet that I had a lot of respect for (Dr. Koch) get up on the stand and lie about what should have been done!!!!

When I first started going to Koch-Stigge they were very nice and seemed caring. But it seemed to change everytime I went since then, until I just couldn't stand them anymore. They were rude and made me feel stupid for asking questions. What made me quit going there in the end was when I ordered my dogs heartworm preventatives from an online pharmacy. Now I'd been doing that for over a year and each time the vet woudln't approve it at first but after I called and talked to them they said there had been a mistake and I was approved until the last time. When they told me that they haven't delt with that pharmacy for over ten years and there was no way that they had ever approved the orders I had previously made. So I took my paper work to them and showed them that they had approved it. Of course they brought all their workers out front and repeatedly told me that they don't approve these kinds of orders. Well as you can guess I found a new vet that I just love, she's nice caring and I e-mail her questions quiet a bit. So you should try Pet-Vet Animal Hospital before you ever try Koch and Stigge.
