I took my pet in to see Dr. D for a second opinion. This doctor, and I call her that with much hesitation, is the epitome of an airhead. My visit was filled with idiocy. From beginning to end! To top it all off, not only could this doctor not give sound advice about the matter; but instead she brushed off my concerns and mumbled about dental hygiene and weight instead. Very hard to communicate with her at all because she rambles and mumbles a lot. After declining multiple PUSHY attempts to get me to spend more money, she copped an attitude with me. I didn't go there to discuss teeth cleaning and diets. If anything this lady should be more worried about her own diet. Waste of my time and money. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Great staff and doctors. Stayed after hours waiting for me to bring in a dog i found hit on the road. Took good care of her and saved her life. I will always take my dogs and cats there from now on. Loving care exhibited by all. Dr ivan is a saint in my humble opinion,

I had a very unpleasant experience! I been coming here for a while and never had a problem before. I don't mean to sound rude but i'm not sure if Dr Denoyers just wears a lot of female cologne, bathes in hand sanitizer or if she has other issues but either which way the smell of alchohol was so strong it managed to cover up the usual clinical smell. I had to hold my dang breath! I went in with my niece and we could both smell it as soon as she waltzed in the room. Not only that but her behavior was just really strange. Very ditsy and slow. I'm embarrassed that I recommended this place to my niece. Dr Ivan is such a sweet gal. I really hate to see this place get run down by other staff.

First time customer here. I wasn't sure what to expect as I just moved to the area. It's an okay facility but A+ on cleanliness. The staff was friendly enough as I don't care for small talk and there was a short wait time. I didn't have the privilege of meeting Dr Ivan as I had hoped for. I've read wonderful things about her and I'm very picky when it comes to getting the best care for my baby. Dr Desnoyers was mediocre at best. I wouldn't feel confident in her if were I were to have been there for more than anything but a vaccine and check up.

The associate veterinarian, Dr. Desnoyers, is beyond rude and speaks with a holier than thou attitude. I over heard her making very offensive remarks about me when she thought I was out of ears reach. I ended up going to a different vet because I was so applaud at her unprofessional behavior. I found out her diagnosis was completely wrong and I would have wasted hundreds of dollars and put my dog through unneeded stress and pain if I would have listened to her! I will never go back here and I don't recommend anyone else go here either. This doctor is horrible! If I were the owner of this business I would fire her! I would never want this useless, unprofessional, inexperienced doctor representing my company!
