Cedar Ridge has an awesome lady named Christy that does the grooming on the animals. My dog Roxie always gets stressed out and sometimes has seizures when i have taken her to PetsMart to get groomed. About a month ago i took Roxie to Cedar Ridge Animal Hospital for a grooming. Roxie bonded with Christy and she did an awesome job with Roxie!!!! When i picked her up, she was so clean looking and smelled really good. She was not stressed at all. A couple weeks later Roxie still smelled good and she had a lot more energy. Roxie is 13 years old and i appreciate the good care that Christy gave her. I will definitely be taking Roxie back to Cedar Ridge!!! She already has another appointment for January 2015. I would recommend Cedar Ridge, especially for grooming!!! Thanks!!!!

I love, love, love Cedar Ridge. All the employees obviously care about their animal clients. I've tried a couple vets in the KC Metro, and I'm so happy I found Cedar Ridge. The vets are wonderful and spend the time to ensure you understand and that your pets are well taken care of. Dr. Cassie even made sure to come in Sunday to check on my pancreatitis stricken pup and give me a call to ease my mind. Kristi the groomer is wonderful, too. She remembers me and my dog every time! The only way Cedar Ridge could be better is to give us a frequent flyer card with a discount (and they do actually have those for grooming!) :)

I have 2 cats and everything has been fine for the past 2 years...until this year. I brought them in for a yearly check up and shots but they had an UA done only; not what I asked for. The bill was very expensive and there was no mention of a fee to hold them overnight. They didn't even require any special or medical attention; they just sat in a cage. I called the office manager in the morning and he proceeded to call me a liar about what I made the appointment for. When my husband went to pick up records and mentioned to the office manager, Kyle, that he had called me a liar. Kyle came around the counter, got in my husband's face, lied about what he had done, and then threatened to kick him out. Talk about professionalism.
