BEWARE!!!!! This place is a joke. Their prices are outragous and there groomer is not good. Their appointments are pointless. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this animal hospital. Their prices are WAY higher then the other places in town. I will never go back there and do any kind of business. I took my dog in to have him groomed and had a specific talk with the groomer and even brought in a book with pictures of what I wanted him to look like. My appointment time was at 10:30AM and finally at 4:00PM they called me and told me that my dog was ready for pick up. Who takes 5 1/2 hours to groom a dog? When I got there to pick him up I was in total anger and shock. The groomer completely butchered his hair. After seven months of growing his hair to get a specific cut, she completely failed at giving him the cut I wanted. Even after reassuring me when I dropped him off and looking at my book with pictures that she could achieve the hair cut I desired. SHE TOTALLY FAILED. I was quoted on other various things as well but opted not to do his veterinarian work there as I am COMPLETELY satisfied with Crain Animal Hospital to do his vet work. Again I would advise everyone NOT to take there pet there!!!!!!! They are overpriced and there groomer is not qualified to give a propper cut, unless you want her to cut your dog's hair the way she wants to regardless of what you want. BEWARE and waste your own money at your own risk.
