i took my dog in and purchased one of their plans, i wanted nothing more then for them to tell me why my dog was coughing and hacking things up all the time. they said they would look at him when they gave him the shots the plan included and then asked me to leave my dog there (which i agreed too) and they said they would call me when i could get him and if anything came up. they told me it would be $100 when i came to pick him up. after 6 hours they called me complaining that their staff needed to go home and wanted to know why i hadn't been their yet after i told them i hadn't been told to come get him yet they said to come get him now. when i got their they said it was $120 not $100 i asked why and they said that they gave him an extra shot (even though they had promised to call BEFORE doing anything to him i didnt already know about.) they offered no apology or discount. when i called to make an appointment for him to get his coughing taken care of they said they needed to do is dental cleaning my plan had included before they looked at him and that they would set an appointment after the dental cleaning to look at him again. i will never to take any animal there again and would not recommend them to anyone. they only want your money and care nothing for your pet or you.

Banfield is my Doctor and DR Bozarth is my Doc and he is a great Doc, he says I'm in perfect shape, a mean leave dynamo. I would not go anywhere else.
