Never had a problem in the past with this facility. I am currently frustrated with their no pickups on Sunday policy. They have staff to feed and walk dogs, but cant retrieve your pet and swipe your credit card? I think I will be going elsewhere.

I recently boarded my dog after seeing decent reviews online. We have been looking for a good boarding place for a while now and Country Kennels has to be at the bottom of our list. They called me the morning we were to pick our dog up to tell me he had diarrhea and asked if they could treat with medication. I, of course, said yes. We went to pick him up that evening and he was covered in his own feces...and it was dried which leads me to believe it had been there for a while. I asked when the last time they had given him medication and they informed me they had not given him any medication rather they only filled the perscription. My other complaints are that their hours of operation are inconvenient. Opening at 8 and closing at 5 during the week and half the time you are leaving a message on an answering machine for someone to call you back when they have time. The last two complaints I could have tolerated but I will not be using Country Kennels again after seeing my dog covered in his own feces and having learned that medication was not administered immediately after we gave consent and knowing he was suffering!
