Have been a customer since 2007. Facility is clean and well maintained. Always receive the most professional service from the staff. The staff is friendly and very compassionate to the pets. Our dog gets boarded a few times a year and is excited and happy to visit this clinic which, indicates her experiences while boarding are positive. In addition, she receives a report card to inform the customer what occurred during the stay. Prices for procedures are not competitive but the service is exceptional.

Such a friendly and outgoing staff! All the ladies there are awesome, top notch and know their stuff. Dr. Corey Entriken is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and all around very gentle with my little Yorkie. Apparently he does exotic animals too! The atmosphere there is wonderful. As soon as I pulled up and walked in the doors I was greeted promptly by everyone with smiling faces as well as a beautiful, clean environment. I will always be back. You get what you pay for, and I paid for excellence.

Nice to know places with such great customer service exist. Also very comforting knowing that our little yorkie is always well taken care of here. Everything is always explained to us, we are never rushed or left waiting. Couldn't ask for a better Vet! Thanks!

You can tell the group of people who work here care about animals. I am very thankful for Dr. Biel and team over the years, and especially of late, performing surgery and their sincere follow up care. I often complain of costs, but putting it into perspective, they are more than reasonable. My dog is treated with better care and concern than myself with my doctors. This is an excellent, well run veterinary clinic.

Outstanding organization. Friendly staff. You will feel like family. Our animals have been in their care for more than a decade. And we wouldn't go anywhere else.
