We recently switched to Red Bridge A.C. on the referral of a friend. Best decision we have made in a while! Beautiful clinic, inside & out. The clinic and waiting area doesn't smell, Dr. Rad was wonderful---super-educated, well-spoken......and what a way with animals! The nurse/receptionist who processed our paper work was very friendly and gave us a complete run down of the clinic, the hours, etc. And the hours should be mentioned---they are open till 8pm most nights (!!!) and include Saturday hours too....a real plus for the working crowd. Finally, their prices were completely reasonable and we didn't feel pressured to get shots for our (12 year old) dog that weren't really necessary. This staff loves animals...it's obvious from the minute you walk in. Stop looking for a vet clinic and give them a call today. :)

Great Clinic and Staff. Front desk is very friendly and makes sure you are greeted and taken care of once you walk in. As far as animal care, they are the best. Dr. Miller is our vet and takes care of all our animals. We have been to many vets in the Kansas City metro but would have to say this clinic ranks far above the rest. And of course all of their prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend this clinic to any of my family and friends.

I am so saddened to see bad reviews for this clinic. We took our dogs to this clinic for years. The drs. and staff were wonderful!! We had to say good bye to our dog at the office. When I came back with a new puppy, they were always sensitive, and did not put me in the room where we told our boy goodbye. I no longer live in KC. I have called twice since I moved out of state. My first call was for guidance on flea preventive. Just wanted guidance from a receptionist. Dr. Rad called me back, and spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with me. Above and beyond what I expected! Just called to ask the name of the medication my dog took to help his arthritis. The receptionist knew immediately who I and my dogs are. If I ever moved back to KC I would go back to this clinic in a heartbeat. Took me two vets to find a dr. in my new city that I trust as much as I trust the drs at this clinic.

I had to take my dog in on a day that my regular vet was on vacation. She had a "hot spot" and since I had never experienced this with a dog before, I did not know what it was. When I asked the vet at Red Bridge Animal Clinic to please explain this condition to me, he acted like I was bothering him. He did not explain it at all and was rude through the entire treatment of my dog. The way he handled her was also bothersome to me. I will NEVER, EVER, go back to this vet service again for any reason! And ... they continue to send me emails regarding her vaccinations even though I have asked them to stop. While there, I took a look at their "doggie daycare" - really, a room for all dogs to run around in and not supervised at all. How can anyone take their pets there and leave them all day, I will never understand.

I have randomly used their Doggy Daycare services. While I choose not to utilize their vet services, I provided proof from my own vet of vaccinations and tests and made sure that Red Bridge's files were updated. However, a rather crotchety and rude member of their staff called me at work after having dropped off my dog just thirty minutes prior that morning to inform me that my dog wasn't "up to date" on her shots. My animal is current on all health screenings and vaccines...except the ONE that Red Bridge would be happy to give her while she's there....Canine Influenza. Most everyplace I've taken my dog for classes or daycare DOES NOT require this vaccine. Even my Vet didn't recommend it at the height of the flu season. I found this particular staff member to be very rude and pitching services that I feel are not required. Also, their staff must not be properly trained. All of this could have been avoided when I provided them the health update on her prior visit. I won't be taking my animal back to this facility in the future.
