They treat my dog like it is their own! My seven-pound dog bounds up the front stairs and when she enters staff cheers her name. She is so excited to be there. Their boarding is excellent - giving her so much attention and love - it is the most comforting feeling in the world when dropping her off for a stay. They have treated her for everything from being over weight to a sprained tail, from a mystery lump on her leg to dental care - all of which has been wonderful! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rockhill Pet Clinic!!!

We are switching clinics. A few weeks ago, our dogs tongue was bleeding and so we took him to the vet. The vet looked at the dog for 30 seconds and then suggested surgery. After leaving, the nurse came in and assumed I had already said yes. My opinion was NEVER consulted or asked. There was never a discussion. I declined the surgery wanting to wait until Monday to see if it would heal itself. I was then PRESSURED by the vet to reconsider. Our dogs tongue stopped bleeding 4 hours later. Surgery is a last resort to me in general. It seems quite odd that it was recommended for something that healed itself several hours later. Additionally, this is a continuing trend with this clinic. We are always recommend various 'optional' preventative care procedures each time we visited. They always assume we will do them and you have to ask them NOT to do them. I don't like being 'upsold' while taking my dog to the vet.

The staff at the Rockhill Pet Clinic does a great job explaining everything thoroughly. This dedication shows that they truly care about your pet. The staff and the services that they provide are amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking veterinary services.

The staff at Rockhill Pet Clinic are extremely compassionate and caring when it comes to treating your pet. I wouldn't go anywhere else because the medical care is so great and the people are so friendly. They always call to check in and follow up to see how my pet is doing after an appointment.
