When I brought in my 2 y/o Australian cattle dog for her annual vaccinations she was being a bit of a handful, but the staff was so patient and kind they made me feel totally comfortable, right at home. The facility was super clean, very nice, well-organized and every single staff member was friendly & approachable. I was in and out fairly quickly, and look forward to taking my other dog in for her vaccinations next month. For a person who loves their pets dearly but cannot afford regular vet services right now, this means the world. Thank you again, so much and I truly appreciate SNKC's dedication to the KCMO pet community.

This place is the best. My dogs mean the world to me. The staff spent time with my dog and me. The surgery went smooth, and her recovery time was shorter than I thought it would be. I won't take any pet or stray anywhere else. They work with you on finances, and that makes them really unique. They send you home with the cone, too. I was so impressed, I've become a monthly donor. This is THE way to stop the rising number of unwanted animals. I hope I've convinced you to go here.

When we adopted two feral kittens within two months we decided to give SNKC a shot since it was close to our house and seemed more affordable. What a great decision! The waiting room can get a little crowded but the staff is super nice and clearly love the animals they are helping. Honestly, you are in and out in as long as it would take at the vet on an average day but for HALF the cost. We got both cats (one make, one female) fixed through them and the surgery went great. Healed well, very little pain and they even called a couple days later to make sure they were healing OK. If you are looking to save a little money and help a community organization, take your pets here to get vaccinations or spayed/neutered.

We had our Pom spayed here a few weeks ago and were very satisfied with the service. They were very informative and gentle. Our little pup was her normal self after a few days!! This is a great alternative to a conventional vet with the same results!
