The Animal Emergency Clinic is the best--kind, caring and compassionate. It's truly comforting to know that when my dogs have an after hours issue they are always open. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service and caring attitudes.

When our 17 year old cat got sick on Thanksgiving, we had nowhere else to go. The vets here were very friendly, seemed caring and concerned about the well-being of our cat, and took good care of him over the long weekend until we were able to take him home. They communicated with our vet as soon as they opened on Monday, and we were able to easily transfer all of our cat's care back to our normal vet. If we need the Animal Emergency Clinic in the future, we will definitely come back.

I took my dog in and 3am for an emergency issue. They were quick to respond, ran tests, gave me a diagnosis immediately, and very easily coordinated with my normal vet. In fact, they pretty much insisted that they coordinate information with them, which I appreciated. The waiting area is a little hard to sit in for a time. They could use some cushions, etc. But otherwise, it's a great place to take your pet in an emergency with 24 hour service right off the highway.

I have had a few dogs over the years, and when there was a need for a emergency, and usually it was off hours of our regular vet, this is the place I go to! (Always)! They are very professional and caring Drs. and I have seen several. Sometime the wait can be alittle long, but they always have taken our pets from us shortly after we arrive to check them. Recently we had to leave our dachshund dog overnight due to she has diabetes, I did not worry as I felt she was in great hands, plus they said I could call and check on her anytime. Our dogs have always been well taken care of there. The staff has always been kind and friendly. I would recommend this clinic anytime.

I am giving it 1 star, but that is too much. They are rude, and stupid. I feel if I had gone somewhere else my cat would still be alive. Terrible clinic, do not go there.
