We have been taking our dogs and cat to Drs. Thies and Hertzog for fourteen years and have been very pleased. They have seen us through some tough decisions and have directed us to a specialist when they were stumped...which was only once. The drs listen to their pets' owners and make great suggestions for treatment options. Also, the office is easy to get in and out, the staff is friendly and they take walk ins. It's a breeze to walk in, grab some Frontline or any other prescription. They may be a little expensive compared to some others, but our family thinks they are worth it.

I just love the service I get from LS animal hospital! Dr. Bock has helped us numerous times with our animals... whether it be a cat, a goat or a horse... he has been wonderful at every aspect! I recently had to make the decision, to put down my 19 year old kitty :-(. I called the office first thing Tuesday morning (the day after memorial day). I requested that a vet come to my home so my baby would be comfortable! At first, I was told that Friday would be the first day. But as soon as Kathy heard the importance of someone coming to me, she made it work for us! I received a phone call back within 30 minutes. Dr. Bock was able to come to my home that afternoon!
