This is an amazing vet clinic. The staff are very loving and caring but Dr. Frankie is loving caring and totally fabulous. My dogs all love her and trust her which makes me even happier I couldn't of found any place better I am glad we choose Dr Frankie the best vet possible thank you for the most wonderful experience I am proud you are my vet for my children ( dogs lol )

Frankie is amazing with our boys. They love to see her, and she's a very genuine person. We're very lucky to have her. We would never go anywhere else.

I have called every animal clinic in the in the Springfield-Branson area, and this place has the cheapest spay or neuter operation of all of them, about $70 total. They also don't require you to pay for a bunch of tests or shots. However, we were misinformed by an ignorant assistant who told us that the surgery would be completed in one day and we could take our cat home that evening. They actually require that they keep the pet under observation for a night. While you're there, walk over to the home brewery store next door and learn how to make cheese, wine, and beer!

I had a sick dog show up at the house and they saw him the next day. They were fast, thorough and very friendly. Friendly may be an understatement, it was apparent that everyone in the office is truly passionate about animals. They were also a bargain compared to my old vet. I just adopted a dog and Dr. Bowers will be his vet.

Sept 2011 learning the hard way that all shots should not be given at one time. Please do your research before visiting...plus on our last visit we did not even get to see the vet nor did the person giving the shots introduce herself. Very disappointed!
