Dr. Jack is amazing! My two dogs normally hate vet offices but they LOVED Dr. Jack and everyone at Best Friends Animal Hospital. Everyone is always friendly and I love how Dr. Jack is so clear about what he is doing and why. Plus I always feel like everything is so reasonably priced compared to some other vets in the area. I love feeling like I can actually afford a unexpected trip to the vet!

We are the Nolte family in Highlandville. We are so pleased to have found Best Friends Animal Hospital. Both of our dogs have received the very best care from Dr. Jack. The staff is so kind and the quality of the medical service has been excellent. Dr. Jack went over the charges for everything before services rendered so that we could make the best decisions for our family. We highly recommend Best Friends to anyone who cares for their pets.

I just had a stray that I am rescuing treated here. They took her in on very little notice and although she was sick and dirty and frankly disgusting, they jumped right in and acted as if she was like any other cute pup that walked in their door. I was in need of some very specific treatment of all the places I called they were the only one that would accomidate me, without question or judgement. I cannot say enough how good I feel about Dr. Jack and the Staff of Best Friends

After being ripped-off in Rogersvill for the last ime, we went back to Dr. Jack when he opened Best Friends, his prices are fair compared to other vets. Our dogs are older now and he is very kind and gentle with them as well. Highly recommned this vet!!

Have taken several of my pets there to be groomed as well as checked out and spayed. Excellent caring staff! Everyone seems to love the animals, (even my onery Poodle).
