I have read these reviews and I am very appalled by them!!! I have been going to this clinic for years now and I know that these negative comments are just hateful people with to much time on there hands. I ask myself the question..... why are people like these rude people??? Some people in our country are spoiled and I don't get it??? This clinic is amazing, and nothing short of that!!! I would like to address every negative comment, but it is not worth it because I know how Bannister Veterinary Clinic and their hearts, souls, and compassion work, I have witnessed it myself. These are great people, I would always take my beloved pets to Bannister Vet Clinic. Please don't listen to the worthless comments below, they are SO NOT TRUE!!!! I absolutely love this place. The staff is wonderful. I've had MANY cat issues in the past two years and regardless if it was good or very sad, the staff never let me or my pets down. They truly from their hearts care for the animals. Lastly, the cost is absolutely as lovely as their hearts. I highly recommend Bannister Vet. Clinic to all. My kitties and I thank you BVC, we love you!

I have been taking my dogs to this clinic for 8 years. They started a grooming service yet every time I took my dogs there, it was a new groomer! NEVER had the same hair cuts and this last one, done by a girl named Charlsey, cut my Maltese females ear hair so short it looks like she has 2 pink holes instead of ears! She had my dogs for over 8 hours and now they won't refund my money on my dog's horrible hair cut! Scott, who ever he is, argued with me and told me I would NOT get a refund even though my experience, (and my poor dog) was not to my satisfaction. By the way, I am NOT a disgruntled ex-employee, as some other reviewers have implied were writing the bad reviews. I am a disgruntled CONSUMER!!! I will never take my dogs there again, not to the Vet, not to be groomed.

We always received excellent compassionate care from all of the employees at Bannister Veterinarian Clinic. When our dog tore his ACL they were very helpful with the options that were available. They are great at making it convenient to pick up heart worm. You should try this clinic!

Today was our second time there. We have always been treated very kindly as well as our pets. Thanks guys!
