My husband and I, along with our German Shepard, Buck, have had an amazing experience with Dr. Jones and Advance Pet Care! On Friday, Oct. 18, 2013 at 5:00 pm we found Buck hurt in our yard. He had been hit by our mailman. We immediately phoned Dr. Jones and Buck was seen after hours as an emergency. Dr. Jones was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in examining Buck. She took the time (on a Friday night) to make us aware of our options. She was very understanding to our finanicial situation as we contemplated which option we could afford. She was genuinely concerned for Buck's well being and his quality of life. Buck underwent surgery at Advance Pet Care performed by Dr. Jones and staff. We received a phone call immediately after they had finished and he was in recovery. We were allowed to visit the following days while Buck remained at their clinic. The staff was professional, considerate, caring, and compassionate. They treated Buck as if he were their own. We have continuously called with questions day after day. Dr. Jones has always answered or called us back within minutes helping us with our issues or concerns. The office at Advance Pet Care is spotless; very neat and organized. They had Buck's medication available at the clinic. They are very sensible with their prices. The Ward Family is very grateful to Dr. Jones and her staff for their help in helping us save a very important member of our family....Buck!

I took my puppy here to get shots. They seemed really nice answered all my questions. My puppy got her leg gashed open, i called them to see if i could bring her in and make payments on whatever needs to be fixed. I just wanted my dog to get better and have good care. They don't do payments they told me i had to get a pay day loan or a pet credit card before they would see my dog. What happened to people who actually cared about animals in stead of money? This country is driven off of GREED. So if you want someone who will actually care for the welfare of your animal and not money then go somewhere else.

Very professional. The best care and customer service I have ever had. I would recommend anyone take their pet here.
