Wonderful and very professional staff. I've had horrible experiences with other vets in the past and have always worried about where to take my pet. My boyfriend's mom recommended me to Dr. Mike who has cared for my boyfriend's dog before and has always been good to his family. They are absolutely compassionate and good hearted people with affordable prices. I recently lost my cat to terminal cancer and they were very supportive in trying to make this process as easy as possible for me. They helped me through this first loss and even sent me a very much appreciated sympathy card. Their love and compassion for each patient and each visit means the world to me. I have never met such a kind hearted group of professionals before. I highly recommend this location.

Took my two dogs for regular check up to Arch Animal Hospital and it was a great experience right from the start! The staff is PROMPT and very nice.(Prompt is important to me after leaving my last vet because they have grown so large and SLOW!) The staff was very knowledgable and confident, I felt very comfartable that Jules and Lucy were in great hands. Dr. Mike Richards is very easy going and patient, it was apparent how knowledgable he was right from the beginning and didn't use the scare tactics I have often encountered at the Vets office in the past. Very straight forward and I felt secure in the knowledge that my pets needs had been taken care of with no doubt in my mind,. Great location,staff and a great experience! I highly recommend Dr. Mike Richards at Arch Animal hospital.

I just moved to St. Louis from Atlanta and I am so happy I found this place. They have been such a blessing. The staff is so very friendly and very accommodating. The Veterinarians are also extremely knowledgeable and they don't sit there and try to run your bill up to the moon. They know what they are talking about, they call it like they see it, and help you make the right decisions for your beloved pets. I am just so thrilled that I found this place! I would recommend them to anyone!

My older dogs arthritis is getting really bad and they have gone out of their way to call and check on him as well as help me to understand and evaluate his quality of life. I believe he has been around longer and happier since the Dr.s and staff at Arch have been taking care of him. I also have 2 cats that they were wonderful with! I will never go anywhere else! (Bonus: the prices are very reasonable!)
