Dr. King has gone above and beyond to help our feline family. His compassion and willingness to help both pets and their owners is truly commendable. He is a real hero in my book!

I have used Dr. Yeager from Concord for treatment for my two cats and two dogs for years. I was referred to them by someone that has used them for over 15 years themselves. Unfortunately, we recently lost one cat to complications from Feline Leukemia very suddenly (he was an adopted stray who remained indoor/outdoor), but the staff was all very supportive and kind. They are very non-judgmental when it comes to realizing we all care for our animals on different levels, depending on available funds, etc. at the time. I'm one of those that adopted two many strays over the years for my budget just to avoid sending them to the pound or leaving them on the street, but Concord helps me find a balance to take care of them all. They are honest, supportive, up front about costs, and very very caring. I also kennel one dog I saved from the streets there a few times a year while visiting family out of town because he has "issues" and doesn't do well with strangers and is old and needs some special care and attention. They are always very caring and patient with him and I can tell he enjoys his stays there. They aren't the cheapest but they ARE worth the costs, which I think are reasonable. I'd recommend them over and over again.

I have gone to Concord for almost 15 years with my dog and my dad has gone there for over 30 years with all of his. Dr. Jaeger makes his own follow-up calls to make sure everything is ok. Dr. Lenzcowski diagnosed a rarer disorder in my dog before the blood tests showed anything. Dr. Voytas sent a condolence card after we had to put our Tasha to sleep. I love feeling like they truly care about my pet and they are going to do everything they can for you. And they are priced very reasonably. We are so lucky to have found them.

I have been bringing pets to Concord since Dr. Dierberg started the practice. Dr. Jaeger is one of the best vet's we've ever had. He is kind, patient and understanding. He explains everything very well and is considerate. Our cats may be traumatized by the car ride but they like Dr. Jaeger!

I have always gone here for my animals and see no reason to switch. I go to Dr. Jaeger and he is very thorough and thoughtful- he treats my animals with such kindness and always listens and takes his time. And when I had to put my dog to sleep he was very caring and understanding and made a very difficult time a little easier, even following up with a very kind personal letter expressing his sympathy. I couldn't ask for a kinder vet.
