very nice & clean place to go to. I felt very excepting visiting there as a stand in for my original vet's office. Costumer service is wonderful & they are always willing to talk with you & answer questions over the phone which puts your mind at ease. Was willing to see me dog on short notice! Awesome!

We tried Dr. Bruce K and his staff at Gateway City Animal Clinic and we loved them. The vet is so gentle with the dogs and tells you exactly what is going on with the animal. The staff is caring and sweet and the facility is really nice. His prices are in line with other vets in the area, but he is superior. He obviously loves dogs. He didn't just immediately muzzle my dog, he allowed our dog to show by his behavior if one was necessary. It was not. Dr. K very gently cleaned a blood-crusted wound, shaved the hair around it, and gave our dog a break from the clippers when he needed it. Then he examined it, cleaned it and came up with a treatment plan. Every step of the way he was telling us what he saw and thought and how we should proceed. I love this guy. We will be making them our permanent vet from now on.
