This is were everyone sends there sick animals. 3 amazing Vets. that really put in the time to stay up on great pet health
The staff was very friendly but the whole business is very unprofessional. We took our dog in for a cough and because she stopped eating. The doctor saw us, suggested blood work and said we needed to wait in the lobby until it was done. He never addressed her cough or her fatigue, even after we asked him about it. The assistant said he suggested this wet dog food, which we bought. But then she informed us that the blood work was fine but she needed a shot to help settle her stomach. I figured the doctor would pull her back onto the table, which isn't even a room and its out in the open, but instead he decided to give her the shot in the lobby in front of other customers. He failed to tell me before hand that the shot would hurt so my dog freaked out & flipped over on her back in front of everyone waiting in the lobby. He should have had one of his aids hold her, a pet owner shouldn't have to do that. We got stuck with a huge bill and no answer for what's going on with our dog. So unprofessional and we will not be going there again
