My husband and I just visited this vet with our new puppy. We were skeptical with some of the reviews but it was the only one open at the time, but we absolutely loved them! We were greeted by friendly faces when we walked in the door and were told to keep our puppy off the floors so she didn't catch anything since she's not fully vaccinated yet. They were so knowledgable about everything! Once we saw Dr. Anderson, we knew we would stay at this place forever. He was so great with our puppy and was willing to answer any and every question we had (which was a lot!) and more! I would recommend this vet to everybody! Such a friendly place.
I've had 2 surgical procedures on my two dogs and was pleased with the outcome and the veterinarian, however the front staff leaves a lot to be desired. I had an appointment to have my kitty groomed as I have in the past. After coaxing him into the kennel, driving to the office on my way to work the assistant informs me there is a new policy to have all shot records before grooming. No problem, that's standard procedure, however when I told her where the cat had gotten his vaccines and if would call them they would fax them to her. She gruffly says, "YOU can call them, I do not have time." Of course it was early and the office I needed to call was not open yet. There was no offer for me to leave the cat there and for her to call when she did have time to get the records so I just left. I will not be back because if they treat their faithful customers this way, how do they treat our pets?
I was recommended to take my kitten with a cold to this vet by the local Humane Society. I sorely regret taking their advice. This doctor had no beside manner. I'll make a list for you. He didn't introduce himself to my cat or my girlfriend's small dog that was in for this visit as well. He barely even looked at him. After telling him the symptoms, he started ranting about feline diseases and telling me the multitude of ways that my kitten may die sooner or later. All the while he never touched, held, examined or even addressed my kitten or his cold. I felt like he was trying to scare me into getting several vaccinations. There are many ways to speak to pet owners that won't be offensive or problematic and this man didn't seem to know about any of them. I decided not to have him administer anything to my kitten. I still had to pay the office visit. Don't go here. There are several other vets in the area that I would strongly suggest looking into.
They have treated all 4 of my cats and My moms 2 dogs frequently. The vet Clay was very well mannered and knowledgable. They are also very affordable. I know have 4 extremely healthy cats and my mom has 2 very healthy dogs b/c of their treatment here. They were recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I think the person below has a stick up their butt.
