Dr.Smith and his staff have always been nothing but great to me and my 2 dogs. We have been going there for about 4 years. My dog needed his anal gland suppressed so stupidly I went to the hurley vet which is closer for me. I was not going to change vets I just didn't want to drive to lucedale for something so simple. The hurley vets staff was so unfriendly that it was uncomfortable. I left the hurley vets office appreciating and respecting Dr.Smith and his staff more then I already do. I highly recommend Dr.Smith and his staff!!!

Like others, I find George County Vet Clinic worth the 45 minute drive. Very compassionate and knowledgeable care. Very reasonable rates. I highly recommend!

Truly incredible service! Both Dr. Smiths that we have worked with are meant to be where they are as they are both dedicated to their work and caring towards owners and animals. We couldn't ask for anything more. We drive just under an hour from Mobile and will do it as long as we have animals to care for. Thank you for educating us along the way and for being affordable enough for us to give our hooves and paws the best vet care in (or out of) town.

I love dr. smith, he truly cares not only for the four legged family members , but how you feel about everything from explaining how and what is going to happen to your family pet. I lived in g.c. for ten yrs. Dr. smith is the old fashion country doc, like in andy griffin show. Lol
