It was around lunch time today, when my 6 wk old mini potbelly pig ,jumped out of my arms..hit the concrete porch..Lady bug could not put weight on her rear leg..I went into a panic state..I put her in the car and we took off to a vet. Thank goodness I went to this office. The Dr was out to lunch but his staff knew exactly what to do.First they calmed me down..smiles..then went to work on Lady Bug..The Dr. was called and he returned immediately.xrays were done..no breck and the dislocation had resolved its self. He and his staff gave me some great advise on the health of my potbelly pig ..they pulled her tusk teeth , which I knew nothing about..She is still not supporting wt but I know under the care of Dr Williams and his great staff, she will be just fine...Thank you all for your help and caring ways. This is where I will take all my four legged family from now on...

This man has lost his mind. He seemed like such a sweet old man for the months that I took my dog to see him. I find out, months later, that he is no better than a 6th grader when it comes to professionalism. I received a bill in the mail for phone calls that he made to me to check up on post operative surgery for my dog. The surgery that HE recommended. The surgery put my dog in worse shape than she was prior to surgery, and after dealing with the issues of her disastrous surgery from the vet that he recommended, he called me several times to ask me questions that frankly didn't make sense. I didn't think much of it, because he never seemed ill-tempered, until I received a bill in the mail for $800!!!! For his phone calls! That HE made!!! In the bill, came a letter that described times and dates and QUOTES from various conversations. This man had been taking notes on every last detail of my dogs' surgery because he assumed that I was going to try to collect my money back due to the horrendous surgery. I never once told this man ('Doctor' Harrell) that I had intended on pursuing any legal action. I was always very polite and cordial to him. I EVEN intended on keeping him as my dogs' vet. Little did I know, he had been assuming the worst about me, and had been scheming against his own client... For no other reason than childish gossip and nonsense. His staff was not much better. They were polite to my face until the coming weeks before I received the letter. I had made a phone call to request that my dogs' surgery records be sent to his office since he was her vet... I was responded with accusing questions from his receptionist (Monica). She asked me several times why I needed her records... After telling the woman the reason was because Dr. Harrell is her vet, Monica continued to ask me why I needed them, as if I had other intentions. I told the woman exactly how I felt about her attitude and apparently I was having an 'outburst' according to 'Dr.' Harrell, whom was not a part of the conversation and did not hear the way in which this woman spoke to me. Regardless, I still managed to keep myself respectful after that conversation, and even spoke with 'Dr.' Harrell for nearly an hour when HE called me several days later. I even mentioned to him that although I didn't agree with the way that conversation went, that I still intended on doing what was best for everyone.... I intended on keeping the peace! I am not a difficult person to please or to get along with. I have heard many other complaints about 'Dr.' Harrell. For instance, a co-worker of mine said that although his cat was terminally ill, he brought her in there to him, and the cat somehow managed to die 'on the table' according to Harrell. The cat was in there for less than an hour.... And although terminally ill, the cat had been still walking around and acting mostly the same that morning. When my co-worker went to pick up his cat, Harrell had stuffed the cat into a shoe box. The cat was far too big for the shoe box, and the people at the clinic had to of struggled to get the cat in there. I just cannot possibly ever recommend putting your animal in this man's care.
