I cannot say enough about Crossroads. My pets have gone to them for over 12 years and we have always had the most compassionate, competent care. Dr Fyke and April helped me through the loss of two beloved dogs. Recently Karin ( manager) has gone above and beyond on several occasions to organize the paperwork etc required for my little dog to travel to Scotland with me. Thanks to Karin's dedication Doots arrived safely and sailed through all the checks. Dr Fyke came in on his day off the day we left and I was so grateful to him for that. Dr Kvam and Rayner have always provided the best care too and have become dear friends. Doots and I will miss Crossroads but we are happy to have safely made it home to Scotland.
