Do NOT go to this vet!!!! I would give them 0 stars if it was possible!!!!! They have horrible customer service and they let my very sick dog die! I went in to get blood work done and find out what was wrong because she wouldn't eat and after 350 dollars worth of test all I was told was she was malnutritioned and her teeth were bad. I read the results today and they show her liver, kidney, and sugar levels were double what they should have been, and they did nothing to help her. When I went to confront her about it she said politely over and over ma'am I told you all of this when you came in and you declined seeing a specialist but I am here to tell you they never told me any of that because I would have much rather paid a specialist to take care of my dog then to pay them to neglect her.

We have a FIV cat (feline aids) named Jake. Jake caught a cold during our trip to Memphis and since he has no way of fighting it he nearly died. If it hadn't been for the Elmore Rd. Clinic he would have. Ok, most places can give the shots, etc., but what I am SO very grateful for is their follow up with phone calls, faxes, and their extra time spent on a little kitty they would probably not see again since we were from Chicago. I would gladly return to this vet and highly recommend them.

I have not visited Elmore Clinic YET, but I did call today to just check on transferring to them from somehwere else. I have always gone somewhere in my hometown because of convenience and great prices, but recently it is more of an inconvenience. Elmore Clinic is close to my home, and our dog trainer actually recommended them. The receptionist was extremely nice and was able to answer all of my questions for me. She did discuss prices which were really good (considering what I was expecting). I hope the vet is as nice as she was, and I have an appointment Saturday!

horrible customer service. Paid for castration and a nail trim. When my pooch came out, he was castrated, but still had long nails. When I asked if he had his nails trimmed, they tried to cover. I hate places that try to get over on people.
