Dropped the ball and missed a pretty obvious case of kidney disease in the family cat. The symptoms were all there. Told us nothing was wrong and managed to try and up sell us during the visit, too. The cat's symptoms continued to progress until we ended up taking the cat to a different Vet (caring hands) and they were able to get it figured out and treated. It would have been better for the cat's life expectancy if we hadn't lost the time we did in going to this vet and trusting their knowledge.

I have been going to this clinic for 2 years and am switching ASAP! Everytime I have taken my dogs into this clinic they charge me for (what I think are) unnecessary medical procedures. The last few emergency visits I have had with them they have told me that they may need to do certain medical procedures but that they will call to let me know. When I get there to pick up my dog I have a HUGE list of procedures that were done without a phone call letting me know what they were doing. Also, I feel that they pressure me into treatments that I think are unnecessary for my pet. I think it should be up to the owner to make the final decision on treatment. There prices are far above what I have paid at other Veterinary Clinics. I feel that they know how to take good care of my pets, but that they may do more than what is actually needed.

AMAZING VETERINARY TEAM! I have been going to the Animal Clinic for many years and have always loved the care that my loved ones get. They have never done anything that wasnt absolutely necessary for my pet. Their team has always been so wonderful to me and my pets, they are always so happy to see us when we come in. I would never trust any other clinic with my pets.

Excellent! I have been taking several generations of animals to Dr. Brown and his team. The care they receive and the information I receive has always been excellent. We have used the veterinary services as well as the boarding services and found all to be top notch.
