I have had good service in the past. While I was traveling, my dog was not cared for as I would have liked. I will never use this kennel again. Ask lots of questions prior to boarding.

Very poor communication in the office. I was charged 50% more than what they quoted me..which would have made me choose another vet in the first place. ( $130+ for rabies vac and checkup!?) ..a month later they sent me a reminder in the mail for this same animal to get a rabies vac which it had just gotten there a month before.

I needed a new Vet as mine had moved to Missoula. I was in crisis because my cat Patty was 16 and had renal disease. I needed someone to trust my girl with who was trustworthy. The tour of Granite Peak boarding facility was done by a vet tech who was not only professional but cheerful and loving towards her charges. My cat's experiences have been good and Patty has survived and is thriving under expert professional care. Her doctor has been good addition to her care and I am happy with everyone at the clinic. Thank you for taking such good care of my girl.

I just moved to Billings and wanted to find a good vet to get my male cat Mooshoo neutered. He is so special to me so needless to say I did A LOT of research into the vets in Billings. I called Granite Peak Vet Hospital and immediately felt comfortable with them. Joan, the lady at the front desk, answered all of my questions and was very kind and warm to me. I took Mooshoo in for his neutering in the morning and was nervous the entire day. When I called to ask about him in the middle of the day they knew my cat by name and told me he had already had the operation, that it went great and that he was coming out of anesthesia just fine. I picked him up at 3pm. They answered all my post op questions and walked me though all the do's and don'ts and what to expect after surgery. A day or two later I called them back with more questions and, again, Joan was very helpful and asked the doctor questions for me and reassured me. It's been a week after Mooshoos operation and he's healing just fine and happy as ever. I owe a big debt of gratitude to the folks at Granite Peak Vet Hospital. PS - It also helped to know that they've been in business since 1998. All their experience really showed!!

We were so fortunate to find Granite Peak when we moved to Billings. Our medically-fragile italian greyhound had a long life in large part to Drs. Roth's loving and diligent search for just the right balance of medications. We moved from Billings in 2007; once we found a vet here, she called Granite Peak and Dr. Roth spent a great deal of time on the phone, explaining our little guy's issues and ensuring continuity of care. That says so much about these folks, and I highly recommend Granite Peak.
