Vet to go just ruined Christmas for two little girls. Vet to go had been given permission to take $25 a month out of our checking account to pay for a bill that we had accrued for over 2 years ago. They had stopped taking the money out of our checking account for some time so we assumed the bill was payed. They never sent us a bill or called us to let us know otherwise. Two weeks before Christmas they took out $325 all at once putting our checking account in the negative TWO WEEKS before Christmas. When contacted about it they said there had been an accounting error and that we had not finished paying our bill and that their was nothing they could do. No notice or anything they just took the large amount from our Checking account all at once because of THEIR accounting error, not ours. Thank you Vet-to go! You quite literally are the Grinch that stole Christmas.

I recently moved to Billings along with my extremely timid rescue dog. Back home I had friends and family he knew well to watch him while I was out of town, but being new to Billings, I was forced to board him when I went on trips for work and vacation. Vet-to-go is wonderful to both the pets and owners they service. The animal technicians made me feel at ease and gave my dog special attention to make him feel at home while I was away. The kennels are clean. I would recommend this vet to anyone.
