Dr. Clark was referred to us when we relocated out of state. Both of our dogs were nervous about their visit but once Dr. Clark came in, got down on the floor with them - talking to them like he'd known them forever - the wagging tails said it all and they happily went with him for various tests, etc. When our older Lab recently developed a serious and non-treatable issue, Dr. Clark was sympathetic and honest with us about options. He and his staff followed up with us every few days and were so generous with their time when we called in with concerns. Ultimately, we had to put our sweet dog to sleep. Dr. Clark make a special trip after business hours to meet us at the clinic; he and the entire staff were so kind and caring to her and made us feel like she was a part of their family, too. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are. If you want your pet well cared for and loved - in good times and bad - there is no other place to go.

I would recommend this animal clinic to anyone! I work out-of-town a lot and my cat, Sally, travels with me. If you have a cat, this is the place to go! Not only do they handle cats well (both Dr. Clark and the assistant, Cassie, knew how to read Sally and carry her without any discomfort and/or fear in her), but Dr. Clark is so knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything to you. They price the needed procedures up front and let you decide (Dr. Clark/Cassie willing to talk with you about each) just what you want to be done. The office is very clean and everyone is very friendly. Dr. Clark was very gentle with Sally during her exam and, I must say, she took a shine to him right away. I know because I know my cat. She was actually very at ease in their offices....even with the "greeter" cats in the front office! A most pleasant experience today, 9-20-13.

We are very disillusioned with The Kalispell Animal Clinic as Dr. Meg Gordon botched up our dog’s ear after an aural hematoma surgery at the beginning of this month. Our dog’s ear began to swell immediately after the surgery and we called the office with our concerns but were told not to worry. As a result, we were back to where we started and he had to endure another surgery less than 2 weeks later by a different vet to get it right. Now our dog has spent the entire month of July in a cone. Obviously, we were very disappointed with what Dr. Gordon did to our dog and sent an email to the office explaining what happened and asking for some type of compensation for having to put our dog under and pay for the same surgery a second time. We heard back from the “Executive Director,” not Dr. Gordon, who completely dismissed our concerns and told us to "have a good night." This has been the first bad experience we’ve had with a vet in our dog’s 11 –year life and that was certainly the last visit we’ll be making to this clinic.

I was very happy with the Animal Clinic of Kalispell! Not only did they take great care of my cat, they offered great advice, helped me prioritize the services he needed, and worked with us on a payment plan. There were no surprises at the check out counter, which is a huge deterrent for keeping my pets current on their healthcare. THANK YOU!!

My cat had an abscess on the side of his cheek. I was worried and not sure what was wrong. I called the clinic and was able to get in the following day. The staff was extremely friendly and had awesome customer service. As i was a new client they treated me as if i have been coming there forever. They were super informative and concerned of what care my cat's health needed. Also i loved how they do payments plans that are very affordable. The service is super fast, you don't have to wait long at all! Very comfortable atmosphere and staff seem to love what they do and treat your pet as if it were theirs! Highly recommend this clinic for anyone's pet(s).
