Six days into our new litter of 9 puppies things took a turn for the worst. After losing one to dehydration, my regular vet referred me to Central Valley and I am so thankful they did. Dr. Sherrill patiently listened to my story of a litter lost last year to similar circumstances, she understood I was desperate to save these puppies. After examining mom and pups, she reviewed prior patient history to determine a plan of action. She patiently and encouragingly taught me how to administer oral and subcutaneous medications (as this was a bit stressful for me to learn). She supplied me with everything I needed to sustain these puppies. This empowered me to care for the puppies at home without having to make multiple trips to the clinic. Because I was able to give the puppies what they needed when they needed it. I am happy to report we still have 8 happy thriving puppies! Dr. Sherrill I am forever grateful for the compassionate care that you have shown to Elsie, the pups and I. I will be using Central Valley for all of my pet needs from now on. Thank You!
I had a rescue pet Finley that was in pretty sad state. The first day I had her, she had pnumonia and was having trouble breathing. I had to take her in after hours, and Dr. Dugger was awesome. Not only is he a great vet, but he was very informative and extremely friendly. Knowing that she was a rescue, and in desperate need, he was very generous by volunteering his services. My puppy had many health issues that were diagnosed and cured by Dr Sherrill over the next several weeks, and some were no doubt difficult to diagnose. Dr Sherrill was also very wonderful, and would even call to check up on my puppy. I am extremely thankful for everything that they have done, and highly reccomend them.
This is the best vet in the valley. The people that work there are always so helpful. I have been taking my dogs here for 9 years now and I would not take my dogs anywhere else!!!
I have been so happy with the care my dog, Curry, has received from Central Valley Animal Hospital. The staff are friendly and gentle. Curry doesn't come home all stressed out from the experience of going to the vet. Thank you, Central Valley!
I took our dog in to be neutered; I had discussed the price of the procedure, even signed a form stating what was going to be done and how much. When I picked my animal up they had done another procedure without my consent and charged me for it. I talked to the multiple people at the office and finally talked to one of the Vets. It was made clear to me that this was not a high ticket item (anything under $300) so they didn't feel that it was a big deal to call me. The sad part is I would have gone along with the procedure; all I was looking for was a heads up and common courtesy. I did ask for my money back for the procedure, they said they would send out a refund and I still have not seen it two months later.
