WNC Veterinary Hospital is our first choice for pet care. We have been seeing Dr. Young for at least 5 years now, and have never been disappointed. All the staff is very compassionate and friendly. Dr. Young always takes his time with you and your pets. I have one cat with special health problems that is a very difficult case. Dr. Young worked dilligently to find a combination of treatments that now has been working for 6 months! This is the longest ever for relief for our cat. Dr. Young researched with other vets and online communities to find a proper treatment. He often called me after hours to discuss his research and recommendations. I have always appreciated that all the workers know me and my pets when we arrive. I have even seen Dr. Young out in town and he never fails to ask how Egypt (the problem cat) is doing. I think that is exceptional care and customer service! I always feel welcome and that everyone really cares about animals...and especially my animals! Their prices compare to other vets in the area, and their service and care are unmatched! I highly recommend WNC Veterinary Hospital to anyone with beloved furbabies!

These are the most caring people I've ever encountered at a veterinary office. Appointments always start on time. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and always remember me and my pets by name. They are also extremely understanding and fairly priced.
