I have worked with Dr. Pierson and his wonderful staff for several years. They are always very attentive and show great tenderness, kindness and super professionalism with pets and pet owners. I highly recommend them for your pet care needs!

Very disappointed visit. As we stood there with our beloved pet dying in our arms, Carolina Pet Care staff refused any assistance and would not even permit us to set the animal down without over a hundred dollars cash up front. Seems extremely greedy and non-caring to animals and owners. No wonder there are never any cars in their parking lot. They are in it for the money. Dog died a slow painful death as we tried to reach the next vet office in time. Sorry we wasted our precious time here. Never again. And if you care for your pet, neither will you.

The worst night I think I have ever had was when I mistakenly put the dogs flea drops on my poor kitty. He became violently ill late in the night, having tremors and seizures and foaming at the mouth. We had to rush to REACH Animal hospital where he stayed all night on meds. The next morning I had to move my poor kitty to another facility because REACH is an emergency hospital for animals. We did not have a regular vet and I didnt not know who to call but a friend recommended Carolina Pet Care. I called and they said to bring him right over. They immediatly took up his treatment and care even though they had never met us before. The doctor explained very carefully to me what was going on and what course of action they were gonna take which was wonderful because I was in a blur the night before and couldnt remember much of what the doctors at REACH had told me. I love my kitty. I love my Kitty like Brenda on the show The Closer did her cat and then some!!! My kitty is a spoiled baby who has to have constant non-stop loving. I told the nurse this and she immediatley started carrying him around like a little baby and talking and cooing at him, It was soooo sweet she was just workin away with him laid over her shoulder :) He took up with her like no other which is very unusual for him and I was sooooooo thankful that I was able to go on to work feeling good about the situation and knowing he would be OK. I was told to call as much as I wanted to and check on him, which I did and they were wonderfully sweet everytime. God Bless REACH Animal Hospital and Carolina Pet Care for being there for me during one of the worst crises of my life :) Tracey

The vet recommended putting our rescue dog to sleep simply because he was fresh out of a puppy mill "these dogs are lost causes" - the dog was rescued 1 week prior and had already shown improvement. He also admitted to getting a dog for his 1 yr old child and putting it to sleep because it growled at the kid.
