I can not say enough about Dr. Sinclair. I experienced a huge scare with my 5 pound senior Chihuahua. I literally thought she was dying -- but I didn't know why. It turns out that she had a major blood-sugar dip. She was fading in & out of consciousness because of low blood sugar. Dr. Sinclair spent an extremely generous amount of time with my dog. The examination was very thorough, but more importantly, she patiently took the time to sit and talk to me about my dog and ask about her history. I do feel that my dog was saved by Dr. Sinclair, and I've been loyally following her advice since that appointment, and my dog is doing great. She's better & stronger than ever! :) I highly recommend Dr. Sinclair.

I brought my dog to Haw Creek looking for an integrative perspective. Despite the slightly dirty floors, I was pleased with the vets who were accommodating in assisting with designing a home-cooked meal routine. While my dog was healthy, the care they provided was fine, although I never was able to see the same vet twice, and so I never feel like they really got to know my pet to give consistent medical advice. Recently, I sent in records requesting a second opinion regarding a terminal diagnosis from another vet and my information was passed around for two weeks. I still have yet to receive a call back. The hours are convenient and health-maintenance is affordable, but for sick pets, I would go elsewhere.

I have been taking my animals to Haw Creek Animal Hospital for the past 20 years. They have always been the best. Dr. Sinclair has gone out of her way to help me on many occasions. I also rescue and foster dogs and they have been wonderful in providing loving care to any animal that I bring in no matter what time of the day it is. In memory of my beloved Marlowe I endorse Haw Creek 100%!.

Haw Creek Animal Hospital has provided top rate veterinary service for our rabbitry for almost two years. The staff is always friendly and helpful and Dr. Heather Sinclair not only has superior training and knowledge in her field, but she also has that "magic touch' with animals. She likes animals, she understands them, and our rabbits are always as relaxed and comfortable with her as one could hope. Dr. Sinclair and the rest of the doctors and staff at Haw Creek are also very clear and concise in diagnosing, treating and in explaining both in regards to their furry clients. No ailment or question is ever considered unimportant. I also have been extremely grateful for their hours: They are open until 11:00 p.m.- very helpful to people who work! I highly recommend their facility, not only to rabbit owners, but to owners of any exotic pet, dog or cat.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Haw Creek Animal Hospital. After declining specific options for a routine surgery on my dog, they charged me anyway, even though I had filled out paperwork declining these additional options. When I picked my dog up I dealt with several vet techs who were condescending and didn't give me any chance to ask questions about the surgery. No one bothered to mention how the surgery went or what was discovered. I was sent out the door after having to pay for medication I did not need. When I got home I discovered razor burn surrounding the surgery site. After one week, the razor burn has only just begun to heal and the surgery site itself looks terrible. I have yet to receive a follow up phone call to check up on her and the doctor has never spoken to me at all. I will most definitely never be returning to this vet clinic and I won't be recommending them to anyone. I was a vet tech for many years and I know how clients/patients should be treated, this was the worst veterinary experience I've had by far.
