my girlfriend brought her parrot to Dr.Bolt this week. When the bird did not get better, and was not eating, she called Dr. Bolt and left a message w/ reception that she had an emergency. Dr. Bolt was to return her call after an appointment yesterday, and failed to do so. He went home, refusing to wait to see the parrot, and having the receptionist call her back instead. She was told to bring the parrot in first thing in the morning. The bird did not make it that long - she died on the way to the vet. Dr bold could have at least spoen to her directly and told her how to make the bird comfortable in it's last hours. i am SHOCKED at this kind of behavior and would NEVER take my babies here.
