I had the sad occasion to take my cat to the clinic when I knew that she was at the end of her life. I had weighed all the options, been in touch with my home vet, and knew that to avoid my kitty being in discomfort and pain that I had to have her euthanized. The decision was painful because she had been a loving companion for 17 years. Everyone at the clinic was professional but helpful. No one tried to talk me out of my decision with ideas of dragging her life on. Dr. Lindsey was amazing. He talked me through the whole experience, treated my kitty like she was his beloved pet, and painlessly and peacefully Squeaker spent her last moments. I cannot say enough about the team. They were wonderful. The price was shockingly low as well. Cannot recommend this clinic enough, and I could tell that they take care of their sick but not terminal animals in the same way.
we took our nine month old puppy to the clinic after she had been vomiting and had diarrhea all night. we arrived around 7; in process of evaluating her they took an xray of her stomach and found a wire in it. they gave us our options including an endoscopy where they could attempt to remove the wire without invasive surgery. we chose that route. they approved. they waited till around 3:30 to do the procedure then informed us that the wire had moved and they were unable to retrieve it. the vet told us they waited too late to do the procedure, they didnt take an xray prior to the procedure so my dog was put thru a procedure that was dangerous ( anytime you knock them out it is a danger, dug in her stomach for 30 minutes). they had the dog all day, waited too long ( in the words of the vet) ; failed to do an xray, had a failed procedure leaving my dog with a wire in her intestine and us out $1120. and now we sit and pray that it wont go thru her intestinal wall. they seemed far more concerned about the money tha my dog. if you botched a procedure would you charge the full amount?
My boyfriend who was pet sitting for me had my dog tied up outside as his fence was being worked on and the tie out became wrapped around my dogs throat. When he found my dog he was barely breathing. He rushed my dog here and these vets saved his life. My dog went into DIC (which is what dogs left in hot cars develop). He was at the brink of death for over a week. I cannot stress enough just how well he was cared for here. He was treated around the clock and the staff was very professional and caring. It made all the difference in the world. I would absolutely bring my pets here again, these vets were amazing!
Our cat had to be taken to the emergency vet many times for an infection that wouldn't go away. She would take a turn for the worst overnight, and we would have to bring her in at 2 or 3 in the morning. They were always friendly and helpful, and Dr. Lindsey is wonderful. He's very precise and knows what he's doing. They gave us HUGE discounts when we had to bring her back twice in the same week, once actually giving her fluids and antibiotics for free. We are very impressed!
