The best vet I've ever been to. Kind, compassionate, intelligent staff. Reasonable rates. Strong supporters of the local community. Pick them!

The staff here is honestly the nicest group of people you will ever meet. I took my new kitten Dinosaur in to have a first time check up last week and not only did they answer all of my questions, but their prices were unbelievably reasonable. They are not like other places who try to scam you out of money - they actually care about you and your pet. I definitely recommend Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a new vet.

The staff at Animal Hospital are a caring bunch. They did their utmost to help my great dane Jason with his ailments. I highly recommend using their services.

Took my cat to see them recently and everyone from the assistants to the vet were very nice and thorough in their explanations. I've been to vets before that will run in, give a quick diagnosis, and run out the door. When you walk out the door with the bill and start to go home, you suddenly have a few questions you wish you would have asked. Not the case here. The vet spent about 10 minutes talking to me about the situation, what to watch out for in the future, and to call them if anything in my cat's behavior changed to come back for another check-up at no extra charge. I highly recommend this place.

Dr. Johnson and his staff (including the other vets that work with him) are incredible. I've moved away from Boone, and am missing this office! I took my dog to them for 2 years, and they're wonderful, and take great care of their clients (and patients). Also, Dr. Johnson volunteers with helping the spay/neuter program for the local shelters. What more could you ask for!? Reasonable prices?...done!
