I have an Olde English Bulldog with bad allergy problems. Since switching the BAH from Banfield, Daisy has had a much higher level of care. The staff is bright and cheerful. Dr. Tickle takes the time to talk to you about diagnosis and treatment options. I really appreciate the high level of care my dog receives. I also believe I receive a value for my money.

i felt compelled to write a review on here after reading some of the others. My dogs have been seen here many times and have always been treated very well. I have always been treated very well. Dr. Tickle has been my dogs dr. for most of the visits and i give her 5 stars for her professionalism, her care for the animals and the respect she always showed me. She has always gone above and beyond when i needed information etc. I just cant understand why someone would give this place a bad review. And Dr. Tickle is a very educated and caring dr. I would say don't always go by someone's bad review, they may be totally off the mark.

A simple grooming appointment became an obvious rip off. They asked where my vet was located so they could confirm her shot records. That's OK even though I told them I had a complete record of her shots and even a nice card showing all her last shots (rabies, bordella, FVRCP records) and could present it when I came for the appointment. But, no, they wanted to call my vet and confirm by phone her shots. Well, they said that she did not have a stool sample the last time she was at my vet and they would have to perform one before they could complete grooming. Well, I've taken her to many places (Florida, here in NC) to have her groomed and no one ever, ever, has questioned a stool sample. Of course, they would have to charge me for the stool sample before they could complete the grooming service. Thus, my first sentence, what a rip off. Glad I'm a smarter consumer than they believe.

This place almost killed my dog... after a ton of money I got smart enough to question their knowledge and get a second opinion. He was misdiagnosed multiple times. Wasting time and money. Made me feel like an @@$ because i would not put my dog asleep. 7 visits , 1000+$'s and 40+ days later i smacked myself, hence the second opinion. Long story short. He is now 14 going on 7 and doing awesome.. the attitude at this place is rediculious in its entirity!!. I saw them miss treat a concerned customer because she was over weight and she was simply asking them about the medication they were "perscribing" to her pet... never... ever.. ever go here.. they are lucky i didn't sue. Doctor tickle you need an attitude adjustment.. and to go back to school because your attitude you have far out ways what the knowledge you pretend to have...

They put on a pretense of being a friendly vet, learning your name etc but there is nothing genuine about the place or the people. The only concern they have is income generation and your furry friend is just a means to that end for them. If you love your pets find a different vet.
