I have had the best experiences with the Cat Clinic of Cary! I have used their mobile vet a few times. They are super convenient. The vets show up and do exams, shots, and provide any additional care, all in the comfort of my own home. My two kitties hate the vet so they are absolutely thrilled that they have such a competent and attentive vet who will visit them at home. So nice to visit a vet clinic that really cares about the comfort as well as the health of the animals! Cat Clinic of Cary has always provided me with detailed accurate health records for my pets. They really go the extra mile! One time Dr. Jen even had me send photos of my cat's eye when she was off-duty so that she could diagnose him ASAP. Our house loves Dr. Jen and the Cat Clinic of Cary staff!
I have been taking my cats to the Cat Clinic of Cary since we adopted them in 2005. Dr. Jenn and her wonderful staff have always been extremely caring and compassionate, and my cats have gotten great care. I would not hesitate to recommend the Clinic to anyone. Dr. Jenn never pushes services or anything. She usually only suggests things if I ask, and if I say no that's the end of it. She always tries to find the best solution to problems, and will never stop trying. I love visiting and interacting with the many rescues she has living in the clinic - cats who otherwise might have been put down. As long as Dr. Jenn is in business, she is the only vet I will take my cats to
Dr. Jan and her wonderful staff have been caring for Lucy since Nov. 2012. They are gentle, loving, and exceedingly competent. Lucy and I are blessed to have these great people and the clinic caring for her. I recommend The Cat Clinic of Cary without hesitation to anyone who needs first-rate care for the furry members of their family.
When I moved to the area I happened to drive by the Cat Clinic and was excited to find an all-feline veterinarian. While living in Greensboro I was a loyal client of the Greensboro Cat Clinic, which started under the same ownership as the Cary clinic. I went to the Cary Clinic with high expectations and have been very pleased with the quality of care and compassion Dr. Jenn and her staff show all of my cats. One of my cats has an auto-immune disease that it took three veterinarians close to five months to diagnose - being poked and prodded on a weekly basis for so long has resulted in trips to the vet causing him a lot of anxiety. Dr. Jenn and everyone at the clinic always manage to reduce his anxiety and show him so much attention and affection that he is noticeably more calm after his visit than beforehand. I have found Dr. Jenn's approach to care appropriately conservative and appreciate the way she always involves me in making decisions by explaining all options available, their pros and cons, listening to and addressing all of my concerns addressing and taking the time to make sure I feel comfortable and understand the plan moving forward. From the care provided to the clinic cats, most of which have special needs, to the care and attention Dr. Jenn shows all of her clients, both human and feline, Dr. Jenn goes above and beyond the call of duty every day. I cannot imagine taking any of my kitties anywhere else.
Anyone who reads a blog by a person and then takes it as truth for both sides of a story should probably be prohibited from even leaving feedback. A person dedicates their life to rescuing and caring for animals, they spend weekends VOLUNTEERING time to help in animal shelters, they drive to pick up abandoned or abused animals and they are not posting blogs about it so their dedication and passion goes unnoticed. As they want it too. It's easy to read a blog and leave negative comments. It's lazy. It's juvenile. It's ignorant. If you don't know the people at The Cat Clinic of Cary, you have not taken your cat to them for care what are you basing your 1 star comments on? A blog? Santa Claus didn't leave me a new bike for Christmas. I need all the help I can get to make Santa pay! Who's with me? You're all ganging up on these people and you don't know the facts. You have read one persons emotional rant (it's not a blog) and you have attacked the reputation of these people. At the end of the day their ethics, their passion and their love for animals will still be intact. Will yours? I will continue to bring my cat to The CCC. I know who they are and what they stand for. Those who base their ratings on a rant should be embarressed.
