they are by far the best staff and best vet I have ever used. Top Notch...well worth driving a bit if you want the best care for your animal.

Working in Customer Service, I know that one bad review can deter a lot of potential clients. That being said, a good/great review can bring in new business. I recently moved to the area and my adopted pup has severe anxiety and nervous tendencies. On a whim, I contacted Creature Comforts as they are so close to my home. Upon entering we were greeted kindly by the staff who was SO GENTLE and PATIENT with my Lola. I feel choosing a vet is as important as choosing a medical doctor for yourself. I could not be happier with the care we received from both Dr. Betsy and her staff. Our last vet immediately recommended medications for Lola's anxiety and pushed obedience classes and crates, I felt very uncomfortable with that (due to her past and being abused). Dr. Betsy recommended things that I am able to do at home with her to relieve her stress and actually talked to me like I was a human being and friend, not her paycheck, or just another client. She and her staff took time to make Lola feel comfortable and went over all her previous medical history, as well as her adoption story with me, Dr. Betsy even offered to assist me in bathing Lola (as she is terrified of the experience and I usually end up bruised and cut up). I have NEVER had someone in the medical industry offer their time to HELP. I cannot comment enough how important it is to take the time to get to know your clients/patients. I was extremely pleased with the convenience, patients, and knowledge offered by CC, and not just Dr. Betsy, her entire staff as well. We have our next appointment in 1 month for additional boosters, and I look forward to continuing visiting there and creating another stable, safe environment for my pup.

The staff at Creature Comforts Animal Hospital are always so pleasant and they genuinely show affection for Wally when we visit. We live nearby so we often walk by the building while getting our exercise. Wally enjoys the attention he gets so much, he always pulls to try to get into the office. Dr. Betsy is so knowledgeable and kind, she is the only caregiver I would trust to keep my buddy happy and healthy.

I was referred to Dr Betsy by the owner of a local pet food store have been bringing my dog to her for almost 2 years. I couldn't be happier! Their hours are so convenient and Dr Betsy is an awesome vet. She gives honest opinions and doesn't try to push all these "extras". They correspond via email so it's very easy to ask a question. My dog recently had her teeth cleaned and they emailed me a couple days later to check in. It just feels very personal and they take great care of my dog!

This review is real. We have been using CCAH for over 5 years. We have said goodbye to animals and welcomed new furry family members with tremendous support from Dr. Betsy. She knows her patients and their owners well. The care is superb. While our dogs were recovering from serious injuries this year, the staff called and emailed reuglarly to inquire on their progress. The office uses modern technology for communication, medications, treatment and diagnosis efficiently and effectively. We recommend Creature Comforts Animal Hospital for anyone who cares about their pets health.
