I love Parkway Animal Hospital the Dr's and staff members are caring,compasionate and the Dr's don't rush through their patients exams, I have a senoir kitty who just turned 20 years young and they staff adore her..Dr Gilvey has been her main Dr since we moved here 3 years ago.Dr Smith and Dr Davis have all seen my kitty Starbrite and they all adore her,,Just saw Dr Gilvey today and she explains everything to where you can understand what she is doing and what is going on with your pet/s i would not change vets ever..Parkway treats pets and their families as their own,,loving,caring and supportive..Thank you Parkway!!! i would recomend them to friends,family and starngers

Once again, Dr Gilvey has exceeded my expectations and has provided the best care for my old puppy. She walked me through the exam for an eye infection and seemingly cracked tooth that would require removal. She stayed late that evening to run some last minute blood work and called me that night with the results - then again the next afternoon after the surgery. Poor Shadow didn't need her tooth pulled after all, but if it had been any other vet, it would have come out for lack of 1) caring 2) thoroughness. I would never consider going anywhere else, especially after the dreadful mess another vet in town left my poor dog in years back that Dr. Gilvey had to correct. For those that may balk at a seemingly higher price than other vets in the area, there is only 1 thing I can say - you get what you pay for.

Dr. Gilvey is the absolute BEST doggie doctor in this hemisphere!!! She has been caring for our animals for over 16 years..would not ever think of taking our loved one to anyone else!!!

When my cat was diagnosed with kidney failure, I went there for a second opinion and found the most amazing, caring staff I could have ever hoped to find. All treatment options were discussed with me as well as pros and cons for each. Once I understood his illness was terminal, they gave me all the time I needed and also gave me a shoulder to cry on. They taught me how to give home treatments and even discussed the painful issue of when to say goodbye to my cat. In the end I took him there for his last vet visit and again, they gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye. About a week later, I got a card in the mail signed by all the staff saying how sorry they were about his passing. They really got to know my cat and I as we spent so much time there. I would have never considered taking him anywhere else. Sad story aside, Parkway Animal Hospital is clean, up to date, makes education a priority and maintains a professional atmosphere.

Parkway Animal Hospital exceeds expectations for the finest veterinary care around this area. My kitty, although not too happy being at the vet, is treated with respect and affection from the vets and techs a like. They thoroughly answer all my questions and have many learning tools around the lobby and exams rooms. Recommend!
