We've been taking our cats to Cole Park for years and are so grateful to have such a wonderful facility nearby. They've helped with everything from a kitten who needed major surgery (coordinating with the Veterinary Specialty Hospital in Cary) to routine check-ups and dental cleanings to helping me say goodbye to a cat who had been with me for 18 years. The doctors, techs, and front desk staff have always treated us with honesty, respect, and compassion, but more importantly, they've always taken great care of our much-loved pets. I've seen all the different doctors, and while I have my favorites, they have all been skillful and helpful. The people here just truly love animals, and it shows.

They were always pushing this or that with some tale of hellfire and brimstone. In fact, they kept pushing Revolution after I told them that I was pretty sure one of my cat's was allergic to it. They kept telling me she was allergic to a plastic water fountain she has. I eventually just bought Frontline from someone else and her skin cleared right up. Also, they insisted on just treating the symptoms of what was clearly a long-term health problem and my cat wasn't getting better, so I switched vets. I was regularly seen by Dr. Pagel, vet and owner, and it was clear where her interests lay.... $$$
