We absolutely love Brookdale Animal Hospital. After numerous bad experiences at other Charlotte-area vets, we cannot be happier with our experiences at Brookdale. We have two cats, both with pretty serious health issues, and Dr. Pressley and his caring staff have been amazing! They take the time to talk to you and listen to your questions and concerns. One of our cats has to go in twice a week for fluid treatments, and we are always greeted with smiles and questions about how she has been doing. You can tell they truly care about their customers and love animals. All around a great experience. I highly recommend!! You will not be disappointed.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. Pressley and his staff! I love everything about this clinic. I have always found them very accommodating with my schedule, and have never had any problems scheduling a convenient appointment time, even last minute. They are also very efficient, yet still provide a very thorough exam. Compared to our previous vet, Dr. Pressley gives a much better exam, with virtually no time spent in the waiting room. Dr. Pressley also does a great job explaining any condition your pets may have, and is very helpful over the phone if we have any additional questions or concerns. I have two dogs, who are usually very uncomfortable around strangers. Dr. Pressley and his staff are wonderful with them, and do a great job with putting them at ease. The entire staff is friendly, the fees are very reasonable, the clinic is welcoming and clean, and the location is great. A million thanks to Brookdale Animal Hospital!
