The 4 start rating is specifically for the daycare services provided by K9 Playland. I work in uptown so I just take my dog to this daycare since it's on my way to work and I can pick him up quickly if I ever am out late since it's close by. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about dogs in general and specific breeds. I love the fact that they have different play areas for the different sized dogs (small, medium, and large), the dogs are supervised all the time that they are in the daycare (meaning that at least 1 person is always in the dog pen), and they are very accommodating in regards to specific circumstances like non-neutered puppy status, etc. . . The place doesn't look too great on the outside but the inside is neat and clean (does not smell of urine or feces). I will most likely keep taking my dog there for daycare every weekday since they have great pricing on daycare passes.

I LOVE K9 PLAYLAND. The staff is wonderful, to me and my Beefcake. The space is clean and they have lots of space for the dogs to play, they even have kiddie pools outside so the dogs stay refreshed (this is Beef's favorite part). Beef loses his mind whenever I mention "daycare" because he loves this place so much. And then, he comes home a zombie after a full day of play. They also offer overnight boarding and grooming services. I am so happy to have a place with fair prices and such high quality service so close to my house. I love, love, love this place and recommend it to all of my friends.

My pup has boundless energy and a need to share it with the world, so I like to take him into daycare one or two days out of the week. K9 Playland is his favorite place to go and he nearly tears my arm off at the leash when we walk towards the door. He never wants to leave and is always very affectionate to the staff, so it's obvious they're friendly toward him. He always returns pretty clean, well-worn and spends the rest of the day in the deepest of doggie sleeps. With a super-friendly staff, great facility and extra convenient location to the Southend area, I can't help but to highly recommend K9 Playland as your dog's home away from home.

They're great! We can always drip Millie off there and she is lives going. The staff always knows her on sight and the most important part: Millie is always exhausted after a day there!
